Appointment Requests
VACCINE CLINIC
Open from 9 am to 1:30 pm every Monday, as well as the 2nd Saturday of every month. Come in without pets to get on the list and get your paperwork. You will wait in your car until we call you to come in. Have a seat until your name is called by the vet tech.
Vaccination appointments are for pre-registration purposes only. Even though a time will be assigned on the confirmation email, we are still a first come, first serve clinic. The appointment times do not apply.

ON-LINE DEPOSITS FOR SPAY/NEUTER
-NO REFUNDS will be given.
-Each pet must have their own appointment and deposit.
-Deposits are only for that day and that appointment.
-Appointments are non-transferrable between owners and pets.
-If appointment is not needed for the scheduled pet, please cancel
You MUST confirm your pets appointment the 2-3 days before their surgery date.
Sunday Surgery - email Thursday, text Friday.
Monday Surgery - email Friday, text Saturday.
There will be no refunds for no shows, cancellations, and "no responses" to our emails and text messages.
You will get a reminder of your pets appointment at 6 weeks and 2 weeks. These are reminders, NOT confirmation that you still need your appointment.
PLEASE NOTE FOR SURGERIES:
We have added some Sundays for surgery. Please watch your day/date when scheduling.
Surgery drop-off is between 7:30-8:30 am the day of surgery. We will not accept any drop-offs after 9:00 am the day of surgery, unless you call before 9:00 am and let us know. You will have to rebook your appointment if you come after 9:00 am the day of surgery.
DOBERMAN PINSCHER & DOBERMAN MIX - You must have a Negative Von Willebrand test results before surgery.
SQUASHED NOSES - We DO NOT do surgery on deep-chested or squashed nose breeds (Great Danes, pugs, English bulldogs, French bulldogs, Boston terriers, Pekingese, Lhasa Apso, Shih Tzu and Persians).
CRYPTORCHID - Make sure your male dog and/or cat have both testicals down. If not, bring by and let us check to see if testical is inguinal or abdominal. My vet does not do abdominal crypts.

Per our attending Veterinarian, she will not perform surgery on female dogs over 80 lbs or male dogs over 99 lbs.
NO PETS WITH ASTHMA
NO PETS OVER 7 YEARS OF AGE.
We strongly recommend you get your dogs Parvo/Distemper and Bordetella 3-4 weeks prior to their sterilization appointment. Cats may have their vaccines the day of surgery.

**PLEASE NOTE**
-Appointment requests for surgery are not scheduled until you receive "Appointment Date Scheduled" email.
The email will have the date approved (note the surgery day/date), surgery instructions and how you MUST confirm the appointment 2-3 days before surgery.
The consent form email needs a signature. Once this is signed, CliniqHQ will stop emailing to you.
