Feline Leukemia Test

Service Description

This test requires a blood draw to be done and run through a specific antigen test. The test will detect both feline leukemia and FIV. If the test comes up positive the staff veterinarian will recommend followup with a full service veterinarian. While we do have the equipment to test for these illnesses we do not have the medication for followup treatment. Our recommendation is that all kittens and cats be tested upon adoption/rescue.
